Location: the hotel was so close to the Plaza de Armas, restaurants, and markets for shopping and peaceful San Blas. The room was bright with a cute romeo & juliet balcony, yet it had not so good views.

A good way to end my trip. Little hotel, amiable staff, very good wi-fi. Excellent location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Hatun Rumiyoc Street. Comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe, and a fridge. Best bathroom with walk-in showers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to meet all of my needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the cute Romeo & Juliet balcony on level 2. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and just a short walk to the main square. Moreover, the breakfast was delightful, with a variety of choices and the most delicious scrambled eggs served with fresh fruits.

Booked a room with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. It also had a private safe, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. Also, location was awesome, feet from Religious Art Museum.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring all the main activities in Cusco. It is just a short walk to the main square and conveniently situated between Cusco and Machu Picchu. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and hot showers. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a great assortment of fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese. The hotel also offers a same day laundry service and a secure place to store your luggage.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent information and suggestions. The location was perfect, and the price was extremely reasonable. The breakfast, including delicious eggs made to order, was superb. The ambiance of the old building added to the charm of the property.

We loved this hotel's prime location in a quiet street, just a stone's throw away from the center with all the main attractions. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness impeccable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was delicious.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great assortment of fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese, and freshly scrambled and/or fried eggs. The location was fantastic, with loads of shops and eateries nearby.

There were some sweat spots on one of the bed sheets. The noise from the traffic and horns outside at night could be a bit disruptive.

Spent my Xmas here and it was a lovely experience! The complementary breakfast and hot cocoa were a perfect start to each day. The location was great - close to all the shops and restaurants. The best part was the cozy and warm atmosphere that made us feel at home.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in a cozy hostel located in the heart of the city. The team members were super friendly and went out of their way to provide us with the best customer service possible. We loved the fact that the hot water was available any time we needed it. The hostel was located in a key area with all the amenities that we needed within a walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the added advantage of having complimentary breakfast every day.

We were not informed that the front door would be closed at a certain time. When we arrived at the hostel late at night, we found the door locked, and no one came to open it.

The staff was helpful and always willing to assist. They printed boarding passes and booked taxis. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable with warm blankets. Free coca and green tea were available all day.

I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel.
